Annette absolutely exceeded my expectations of what an Alpha/Beta reader should be. If you want detailed analysis from a reader, I’m not sure it gets better than having Annette look at your manuscript.
The deep dive into story, plot, narrative flow, pacing, character, world building was so intuitive—I felt I had a writing partner as I was going through her report.
Mind you (potential user of Annette’s reading services)—I had a large manuscript. And I was surprised at the speed of which she was able to jot down all of her thoughts in such visceral detail.
The criticism I earned was delivered in a straight forward way. Very much “is what it is” style which as someone in NYC, I greatly appreciate. Let alone as a writer; it was exactly what I needed to hear to help me go through this next polish.
